Texas's largest wine festival draws over 260,000 visitors annually to the historic Main Street District of Grapevine. The four-day celebration features more than 40 Texas wineries pouring hundreds of varietals, alongside international wines from regions like Spain, Italy, and Argentina. Local establishments like Messina Hof Winery, Bingham Family Vineyards, and Cross Timbers Winery offer tastings while guests enjoy culinary pairings from 75 artisanal food vendors serving everything from wood-fired pizzas to gourmet chocolates. The festival's signature events include the People's Choice Wine Tasting Classic, grape stomping competitions, and the GrapeFest Tennis Classic, all accompanied by live performances from regional bands on multiple stages throughout downtown. Carnival rides, arts and crafts exhibitions featuring 200 local artisans, and a dedicated KidsWorld area with face painting and interactive games make this a true family-friendly event.
