Pour Trail does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration or any other valuable consideration, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

We do not engage in targeted advertising. We do not share your data with data brokers. Our analytics are powered by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individuals across the web.

Your CCPA Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you.
• Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
• Opt out of the sale of your personal information — though as stated above, we do not sell personal information.
• Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising your CCPA rights.

How to Submit a Request

To exercise any of your CCPA rights — including requests to know, access, or delete your personal information — please contact us using one of the following methods:

We will verify your identity and respond to your request within 45 days, as required by the CCPA. We may extend this period by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, with prior notice.

Authorized Agent

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA request on your behalf. We will require written authorization from you confirming the agent's authority and may verify your identity directly.
