Wine Country Harvest Festival, known in town simply as Wine Fest, is the largest event of the year in North East, Pennsylvania: a three-day wine festival in Gibson Park from Friday, September 25 to Sunday, September 27, 2026, and the 2026 edition is its 45th. North East sits at the center of the Lake Erie grape belt, with thousands of acres of vineyards and more than 100 varieties of wine made by the town's wineries, and the festival pours whites, reds, rosés, sparkling wines, fruit wines, ice wines and newer styles from those local producers in one place.
Alongside the tasting there is food, shopping from vendors and live entertainment across the weekend. The festival is organized by the North East Area Chamber of Commerce; ticket prices and hours for 2026 are published on the chamber's site. North East is 15 miles east of Erie on the lakeshore, and the Lake Erie Wine Country trail wineries surround the town for anyone extending the weekend.
