Taos Winter Wine Festival is an annual food and wine festival held each February in the Village of Taos Ski Valley and the Town of Taos, New Mexico — a long weekend event featuring 30 national wineries alongside the region's top restaurants. The 2026 edition runs February 5–7 across multiple venues, with individual event tickets ranging from $75 to $150 and combo packages available at $175 and $195. No one under 21 is admitted to any event, and ID is required for entry.

The festival spans a structured three-day schedule built around distinct event formats rather than a single large gathering. Thursday opens at El Monte Sagrado resort in the Town of Taos with a Reserve Tasting & Silent Auction — all 30 winery partners pour reserve selections alongside bites from local restaurants, while a silent auction of 40 wine lots raises funds for Taos High School's Great Chefs of Taos program. Friday shifts to the Village of Taos Ski Valley for an International Wines & Lamb Roast Luncheon, a California producer Après Ski Tasting featuring six wineries, and a focused wine seminar on old-vine Zinfandel with producers Ridge and Bedrock. Saturday culminates with the Grand Tasting at El Monte Sagrado — all 30 wineries pouring alongside Taos-area restaurants from 5:00 to 7:30 PM — and a midday Pinot Noir & Salmon Walk-Around Luncheon at Snakedance Condos. Wine seminars run $95 each and cover focused topics including Northern Rhône varietals, Italian wines from six producers, and old-vine Zinfandel.

A combo discount saves $50 on paired events — the California Après Ski plus Grand Tasting combination is priced at $175, and the Italian wine seminar plus Grand Tasting combination runs $195.
