About this festival.

Arts, Wine, Jazz & Soul Festival is the Havre de Grace Colored School Museum & Cultural Center's annual waterfront fundraiser on the grounds of the Concord Point Lighthouse Keeper's House, 714 Concord Street, in Havre de Grace, Maryland, where the Susquehanna River meets the Chesapeake Bay. The ninth annual edition was Saturday, August 8, 2026, noon to about 6 PM, headlined by saxophonist Saxl Rose with Chandra & The Ryze Band and VirtuoSoul. General admission includes a souvenir glass and unlimited wine and spirit sampling around the park, with art, wine and food vendors; bring a lawn chair.

General admission ran $50 early bird to $65 on the day; VIP, $80 to $90, added 11 AM entry, shaded tent seating and a dedicated bar with wine, beer and signature cocktails. Reserved VIP tables of ten were $1,000, half tax-deductible. Proceeds restore the historic Havre de Grace Colored School.
