Savor Idaho is an annual grand tasting wine and cider event held on June 7, 2026, at the Idaho Botanical Garden in Boise, Idaho — the flagship celebration of Idaho Wine and Cider Month, produced by the Idaho Wine Commission. The 2026 edition takes place across the full grounds of the Garden at 2355 N Old Penitentiary Rd, with tickets described as limited and VIP Lounge access and Reserved Tables noted to sell out ahead of general admission.

What distinguishes Savor Idaho is its walkable, landscape-integrated format: Idaho wineries and cideries are stationed throughout the Garden's winding paths, sunlit lawns, and shaded garden rooms, so guests encounter pours as they move through the space rather than standing in a single hall. The 2026 event carries a Year of the Riesling theme, with special Riesling selections woven throughout to highlight the variety's versatility as grown in Idaho. Guests can carry their glasses into the Culinary Garden, where live herbs — rosemary, thyme, and basil — are planted alongside tasting stations to illustrate how aromatics interact with wine. An interactive scavenger hunt runs throughout the day, blending Garden and wine facts, with the chance to win 2 Outlaw Field tickets. Idaho's wine industry includes more than 70 wineries and cideries, with over 1,300 acres planted and 47% of operations women-owned. The warm days and cool nights of the high-elevation Snake River Valley — vineyards range from 600 to 3,000 feet — produce the aromatic whites and structured reds that make Riesling a natural focus for 2026.
