CabFranc-A-Palooza is a single-varietal wine festival devoted to Cabernet Franc, held at The Purple Orchid Wine Country Resort & Spa in Livermore, California, on Sunday, May 23, 2027, and the 2027 edition is the fifth annual. More than 50 Cab Franc producers from around the world pour over 100 wines to a crowd capped at about 500, with food trucks and live music, and the organizers call it the most diverse Cab Franc festival in the world. General admission runs 1 to 4 PM; VIP enters at noon.
Very-early-bird tickets were $69 general admission and $89 VIP for 30 days after release, rising to $79 and $99. Both include a commemorative glass; VIP adds the extra hour, dedicated parking, time with winemakers from around the world and a swag bag. Livermore Valley, east of the Bay Area, is one of California's stronger Cabernet Franc regions, which is why the festival is based here.
