South Beach Wine & Food Festival
About This Festival
Thousands of food enthusiasts and industry professionals gather annually in Miami Beach for one of the nation's largest culinary celebrations. The South Beach Wine & Food Festival transforms multiple venues across Miami Beach, including the iconic beachfront tents between 10th and 13th streets, into a food lover's paradise hosting over 400 vendors and attracting more than 65,000 attendees annually. Celebrity chefs like Guy Fieri, Bobby Flay, and Martha Stewart lead cooking demonstrations, while local restaurants such as Joe's Stone Crab, Carbone, and Stubborn Seed serve their signature dishes alongside carefully curated wine tastings from prestigious vineyards. Festival highlights include the Grand Tasting Village, where guests can sample bites from hundreds of restaurants, and the popular Burger Bash hosted by Emeril Lagasse, featuring creative burger interpretations from top chefs across the country. Live music performances take place throughout the event, with local jazz ensembles and Miami-based DJs providing entertainment at various pavilions, while special features include intimate wine seminars, hands-on cooking classes, and late-night parties featuring craft cocktails from master mixologists. The festival's signature event, the tribute dinner at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel, honors culinary innovators while raising funds for Florida International University's Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management.
