Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival

This annual three-day event combines hot air balloon rides, wine tasting, and live music at Lake Skinner in Temecula Valley. Visitors can experience early morning balloon flights, evening balloon glows, and wine tastings from up to 20 Southern California wineries, including local favorites like Europa Village, Peltzer Winery, and Wilson Creek. The festival features over 100 vendors in its commercial court, offering a variety of arts, crafts, and home improvement displays. Food options range from international cuisine to traditional barbecue, served by numerous food trucks and stands. Live music performances take place on two stages, with past lineups including artists like Coffey Anderson and Bret Michaels. The event typically draws between 35,000 to 40,000 spectators each year, offering additional attractions such as a kids' fair and beer and food pairing demonstrations.
